Course of 10 days spread over 2 weeks (5 hours each day). Each lesson begins with a lecture and demonstration followed by supervised practice. Instruction Manual provided.

The use and preparation of herbal oils
Head, neck and face massage in sitting position
Full body oil massage with the foot
Stretching positions in massage
Balance technique with the rope
Basic mobilisation techniques with the joints
